3 mental “hacks” that make confidence (almost) irrelevant

This month I’m focusing on and deconstructing confidence & how to get more of it.

All this talk about building confidence, got me thinking: What if there was a way to completely bypass the need to “build your confidence”? You know, like what if confidence were irrelevant?

If you have ever struggled with confidence and would like to find a way to “hack the system”, then this week’s video is for you. Watch it below.

Here are the links I mention in the video:

And after you watch it, leave me a comment below and tell me which “hack” you’re going to try in your life… like this week.

P.S. If you have a question you’d like me to answer in an upcoming video, submit it here.

  1. Wow. I can apply ALL of these to my performances! I especially like the first one. Remembering who I am doing it for and making their experience worth it really resonates with me. I can’t wait to watch this again before my next big show!

  2. So great to see you again (online)!
You look fab and thank you for the quick tips on how to ‘shift the focus’!!!
I firmly believe and frequently practice the first hack you described which is “shift the focus onto someone else”. When I feel down or stuck in the rut I find that volunteering always helps me put things in perspective. Helping another and focusing on something bigger than myself is the antidote for getting me out of my head. Thanks for the tips, I look forward to more posts!

    1. Thanks Carolyn! Isn’t it amazing how much can open up when you stop focusing on the crazy voices inside your head? :) (that’s what I call them anyway). Great to hear from you!
